I have mostly 2B hair, low porosity and medium thickness. I've tried a lot of different mousse and foam products and this is by far the best for my hair. I often find with mousse that either it 1. Is super sticky and adds a film to my hair or 2. Does nothing. This is perfect goldilocks in the middle where I can load my hair up with what feels like an insane amount and it will never feel sticky or weighed-down. I rake this in when my hair is wet in the shower and then use a gel to lock in the clumps. I've tried JUST using the mousse and it works, it just won't last more than one day without gel.

Rule of thumb is to always apply stylers to wet, not damp, hair to allow products to absorb and perform. This is especially key with low porosity curls.Was this answer helpful to you
