Reshaping a blowout / general use with heat: Lightly mist onto dry hair, then use a blow dryer with a round brush (or any drying tool) to refresh and reshape your blowout where needed. Refreshing and redefining curls + coils: Mist hair that needs refreshing until it's damp. Use your fingers to reshape. Can be used with creams and oils. Air dry or diffuse. Heatless or air-dry refresh: Lightly mist on dry hair, focusing on any dents you want to remove. Brush through to smooth out bends or dents. Repeat as needed depending on how strong the dent is.

Honestly I'm not sure how I feel about this hair mist. I wanted to love it. The cute packaging, the benefits for my hair, all of it. For context I have super greasy hair and I thought this would be a game changer. However, when I went to use it between washes, it made my hair even greasier! This product was gifted by living proof. I've used it for about 2 weeks now and my absolute favorite thing about it is how it relaxes ponytail lines in my hair! I have to wear my hair up during work since I work in a lab, which means I usually have a terrible crimp in my hair by the end of the day from where my ponytail was held up. When I spray this in my hair after a day of work, it helps relax my hair and make it lay normally so I can wear my hair down without any hassle.
