Reshaping a blowout / general use with heat: Lightly mist onto dry hair, then use a blow dryer with a round brush (or any drying tool) to refresh and reshape your blowout where needed. Refreshing and redefining curls + coils: Mist hair that needs refreshing until it's damp. Use your fingers to reshape. Can be used with creams and oils. Air dry or diffuse. Heatless or air-dry refresh: Lightly mist on dry hair, focusing on any dents you want to remove. Brush through to smooth out bends or dents. Repeat as needed depending on how strong the dent is.

This product was complimentary from living proof. I was skeptical of this product, I cannot lie. but I truly enjoyed this! i like the packaging, and I especially enjoy that it has a lock. can you get the same results with a spray bottle that has water and some conditioner? probably.
