Spray on damp or dry hair and style with desired heat tool. Spray on finished styles for flexible hold.
USAGE TIPS:
Shake before spraying. Apply Style Lab Flex Hairspray in a sweeping motion at least 6-10" away from hair to avoid applying too close or too directly, which can result in sticky spots.
FOR BEST RESULTS ON WET HAIR: Spray from roots to ends lightly before blow drying. This will help set your style as it's blow drying.
FOR BEST RESULTS ON DRY HAIR: When curling with heat on dry hair, spray a section of hair from roots to ends before applying to heat. Continue on each section before curling.

I have thick curly hair that I wear straight most days. On day 2 or 3, I will sometimes add some loose curls and this is when the hairspray comes in.
