Felt Tips? Worst Idea.
I've bought three of these in varying shades, and the tips are awful and dry out before I can even apply it to one lip. I'm constantly disappointed in the felt tip lip stains. I have to spend twice the time just covering my lips, by the time some of it has set in some areas so it looks patchy/darker...

Great but definitely not a all day stain
I love the texture of it. However, it doesn't last all day. I would keep the applicator with you all day because my stain started fading almost completely three hours in. I guess when it's promotional words of it being "buildable" is a thing to silently let you know that you will have to build it all day. It would gain more stars from me if it lasted
Not for me
I am sure it fits someone. I am in my later years and it hit all those wrinkles. It was not very flattering on me. I'm quite sure that it does the job it is supposed to though. It would need some type of moisturizing top coat for sure.

The application applying this lip stain is very easy. You shake it a little bit then you apply to lips and you're ready all day. This lip stain is not transferability it last all day. It will stay on your lips 8 to 10 hours. The price is very affordable. The packaging is very sleek and it does not have a scent. I put this on in the morning. I work 8 to 10 our days! When I come home in the evening, you can still see the color on my lips for this product is so pigmented and the color really does stain so if you're in the market for a new lip stain, definitely give this a try. It is one of my favorites.
Disappointment
Having used Outlast since it was originally released, I was excited to see it available online at Ulta. I orderes #20, Admire. The product is half the size of the original Covergirl Outlast and there is absolutely no product in the tube I received. The brush is white and I've tries for 3 days to get the color to come down to the brush. It's a shame. Off to Ulta for a refund and the search continues for a product that can replace Outlast. I've tried them all and nothing was better than Outlast Lipstain before they changed it. Do better Covergirl.

I absolutely love this lipstain! The color is gorgeous, it last all day! You can pair it up with a gloss and it will look lovely. I am definitely in need of more shades. It's also very easy to apply!
