Felt Tips? Worst Idea.
I've bought three of these in varying shades, and the tips are awful and dry out before I can even apply it to one lip. I'm constantly disappointed in the felt tip lip stains. I have to spend twice the time just covering my lips, by the time some of it has set in some areas so it looks patchy/darker...

This lip stain adheres really well and lasts all day! It dries super quickly and transfers only minimally. The finished look looks smooth and not cakey. It does get splotchy easily if you're not careful, and the darker colors tend to fade unevenly. But this formula is super buildable and can be quickly fixed throughout the day. As far as stains go, this is a good one.

I must say I love how they look! They have excellent pigmentation without needing to apply much pressure, and the colors are truly beautiful. They absorb instantly when applied. I have to admit I hadn't used marker-style products like these before since I usually prefer pencil-style ones, but these really help create a nicer shape on the lips. The only thing that didn't fully satisfy me was that they don't last very long once applied 🥺, but overall I liked them a lot! The application is also very easy.

I really like the color of this lip stain, but that's about extent of it. The color doesn't last, the formula feels like it dries my lips out as it sets, and the satiation is not great, especially after pressing my lips together a few times or eating/drinking anything. I also feel like the applicator itself was somewhat dry after only using it a couple times… which should not be the case. The scent of the product isn't unappealing and there's not an unpleasant taste to it, but with lip makeup, these things should be standard. I wouldn't buy this again in the future.
