I love this!! Very cool concept. The liner is pen like. It does dry fast but love how you can get the line as thin or thick as you want. There is no thinking to this as the liner goes well with the color gloss. Wish there were colors. Its mess free

Dries out almost immediately
The marker that applies stain never worked quite right and after a few uses it seems to have dried out completely. It transfers some color to my lips but very little and forget reapplying. I mixed with the brown Marajuca lip liner and put the gloss on top and it is a good look which is why Igace it 3 stars. But getting the stain out is a pain. Please improve this product!

Non drying and lasts ! The gloss is so creamy and non sticky . The key is to let the stain dry completely before adfing gloss
I would never buy this again.
Love Tarte products but this lip tattoo was definitely a miss. It was more like a dried out marker and the flavor was like funfetti cake mix. Very disappointed. Should circle back to the testing phase and revamp product.
