 Magic Marker Lip Stain

So lately Ive been really into lip stains and lip liner stains, I really like the cover girl ones, and the NYX ones, also Revolutions lip stain is really good too. So I decided to try this one. Honestly I was expecting to hate it, I haven't enjoyed hardly any makeup from Ulta collections. I bought purple fizz. I'm pleasantly surprised!! It's very pigmented and it absolutely lasts a long time. Today's the first day I've tried it so I took pictures but I'm not seeing how to upload them. Anyhow I put it on before work, around 1130am, and it's now 6pm and the liner is still there, there are a few small spots that have faded more than the rest but not bad enough that it looks bad or obvious to anyone other than me. I decided to reapply it as a full lip stain, covered my entire lips in it, that was way too pigmented and dark for today's neutral eye look, it was nearly black, like a blackened berry. Also my bottom lip is dry in certain spots and that part turned darker than the rest and that wasn't awesome but again, not horrible. I then decided to take water and wipe some away, since it was still fresh it did wipe away alot of the dark pigment BUT it left behind a beautiful purple based berry lip. Also the dry parts aren't obvious anymore. I did notice when I used water like that, some of it got on my teeth and tried to stick to them, I kinda panicked and scrubbed with my fingertips/nails (because I'm at work haha) Luckily, it did come off after a bit. Probably shouldnt completely soak a freshly laid down, very dark lip stain haha Over All I am very very pleasantly surprised, I think it's amazing as a lip liner stain. If your lips aren't dry in places, then it would be a beautiful lip stain also. I really like this!! I store all of my lip stains cap down so that the tip doesn't dry out. I hope this one lasts a long time. Very good product. A+ Ulta! In the pics,.the dark dark lip is prior to taking off some with water. The last pic is what I was left with! In the dark lip pic, that's immediately after saturating my lip with the marker so you can see where my dry spots are.

Maybe it's because of the natural color of my lips but this color didn't work well for me. It looked orange on me. I'll stick to the darker one, that's one is great

I bought the cherry bombshell (bright red) and purple fizz (wine) and almost bought a third. I'm glad I didn't. The cherry one is okay.. The color is very intense and you can really feel it on your lips which is a first for me when it comes to lip stains. It does not look very flattering and you have to be careful not to go over where you have already applied to as it starts to pill. I can sorta work with this one but I have better lip stains that its not worth the effort. Purple fizz is the worst. Very bold color but also very patchy and pills excessively. Definitely stains but is also hard to remove completely. Could be a good thing but since it is so patchy, I am not sure it is a positive in this case. I threw it away after multiple attempts to make it work. Maybe someone else can find use in it. If you are dead set in getting these I highly recommend getting just one. But also consider trying Elf instead.

This drips down my face after a sip of water. It's dry and nearly out of use after only 3 uses. Like putting a marker on your lips, it dries tgem out considerably.

This stain is heavily pigmented and lasts a long time. Big fan
