FINALLY! A REAL lip stain! Please don't discontinue it! 😂
I hate the feel of makeup. I hate looking overly made up. Give me a light mineral powder, a great lip stain, and a little clear gloss, and I'm a happy girl. But I mean a REAL stain. Not liquid lipstick masquerading as lip stain. Not something that coats your lips. I want color that STAYS without feeling like I'm wearing anything! After my two favorite brands discontinued theirs, I spent TWO YEARS searching for a replacement. Eventually, I resigned myself to buying the impostors, convinced I was the last remaining weirdo on earth who appreciated a true lip stain. Enter Ulta. I stopped in tonight for powder and eyeshadow and didn't think much of my free gift bag. Until I opened it. WAIT. IS THAT A LIP STAIN?! I couldn't tear into that little tube fast enough. Surely it was just another gloss or liquid lipstick pretending to be a stain. NOPE. AN ACTUAL STAIN! 🎉 And the Jelly Gloss included in the bag? Fantastic over it! My old signature look is officially BACK: naturally defined lips, weightless color, and a little clear gloss. After a couple of years of makeup disappointment, I'm ridiculously happy. You just earned yourself a loyal customer, Ulta! Now, PLEASE don't discontinue this. I've already been through two lip-stain breakups, and I can't handle a third. 😂💕
