Felt Tips? Worst Idea.
I've bought three of these in varying shades, and the tips are awful and dry out before I can even apply it to one lip. I'm constantly disappointed in the felt tip lip stains. I have to spend twice the time just covering my lips, by the time some of it has set in some areas so it looks patchy/darker...

I was very excited to try this lipstain as I hate having to keep putting color on my lips. It definitely put color on it but it literally felt like I was putting marker on my lips. It would go on wet but dry your lips up really bad. It wouldn't get darker if you added more so it was light.

I love this product for my lips, but I've found an additional use that works great for me. I have a real problem with nail polish due to oily nail beds. It just peels off after a day. One day I decided to experiment...I cleaned and buffed my nails, then used an Outlast Lipststain to color them and used a clear top coat. They look BEAUTIFUL and the color has stayed bright for a week now. I can finally enjoy color on my hands again... and match my nails to my lips!

I thought this product was okay. I liked the pigment however it felt very dry on my lips. The finish was matte and the coverage was good. I just think it made my lips look very dry.

I got it in shade 'sugey girl' which is absolutely perfect! the applicator reminds me of a marker and it is definitely buildable so you can choose if you want it darker or lighter depending on the amount of layers. it blends out so nicely and I found it to be very long lasting!!

I'm wearing my CoverGirl Outlast Lip stain in color 10 Duvet Girl, and I agree with all the viral buzzing that this is a great product to use for contouring the lips (or directly as a lip color), because the formula is buildable, doesn't dry your lips, and it lasts for hours. It's lightweight, non-sticky, and infused with Acacia tree extract. Vegan, clean, and formulated without Parabens, Sulfates Phthalates or Mineral Oil. Plus, the price is very affordable. Super!
