Felt Tips? Worst Idea.
I've bought three of these in varying shades, and the tips are awful and dry out before I can even apply it to one lip. I'm constantly disappointed in the felt tip lip stains. I have to spend twice the time just covering my lips, by the time some of it has set in some areas so it looks patchy/darker...

Back and even better!
I used to be a huge fan of Outlast Lip Stains and was so sad when they were discontinued. I'm so happy they are back, and even better! I got the shade "Jazzberry" which is described as "purple", but on me it looks a bit more of a reddish-purple/maroon. These are quite pigmented and transparent, so be aware that your natural lip/skin color will effect the shade of the stain. I adore them because they stay put all day, are easy to use (literally like coloring your lips in with a marker), and work well with glosses or lip oils. The applicator is much more precise now, so you could definitely use them as lip liner. My favorite way to wear it is under gloss, and the color will last long after the gloss is gone. I've had it last a full 8 hour work day after eating and drinking, and it is totally kiss-proof too. I will definitely be ordering more colors!
Great Lip Stain!
I use this lip stain as a lip liner and its amazing. It stays on all night even when drinking! I smudge it in a little for as not as dramatic effect following with lipgloss and its bomb everytime. I can't wait to get more shades!
Color theory..
The way sugery girl (1) and brazen raisin (2) turned out on my coloring is fascinating. I am light, neutral with a little rosacea on cheeks. Both turned purpley mauve on me with (2) being much deeper. By looking at the promo pics, you wouldn't think that to be the outcome, so be aware. These dried on my hand nicely lol On my lips, the inner lip got deeper in color and appeared patchy no matter how many times I tried to out line to even it out. That was a bummer. I may just use as a liner in the future. My lips were hydrated so I don't think it's a case of too dry of lips. I'll be watching reviews! Please remember to name colors you purchased! :)

I bought this lip stain it the color Canyon and it made my lips sting and tingle. It seemed dried out, but if I tilted my head all the way back then I could get more product out. It is a nice color but over all the product is horrible if I could give it zero stars I would.

It was dried out the second time I tried using it which was 3 days after I purchased it. I had kept the cap on the whole time it had no reason to dry out. I have no idea how this product has 4 stars.
