I want to start by saying that I LOVE byoma. Their products are flawless. I started off thinking the same about this one. When rhis sunscreen is applied it is silky, light, and beautifully glowy. I would buy this product again
Feels amazing on the skin
this broke me out
I like the consistency of this and the glow it gives my face, but every time I have used this, I have broken out in little tiny pimples. I discontinued use for a few weeks as a trial to see if it was this and used it again yesterday and woke up with several bumps near my mouth.
Buying my fourth bottle
This goes on like a serum but is not sticky! It sits really nicely under makeup, no pilling and it goes on over my regular moisturizer with no problems. I like that it's spf 50 and it also looks great on its own, it adds a nice glow to the skin.
Stings your eyes
Walk away, it stings your eyes awfully. My eyes kept watering even after I washed my face. I'm sure this product traveled to my eyes, because I applied it in the morning and it was all fine, but sometime later, my eyes began watering, I tried to wipe it off, but it didn't work, and I had to wash my face. I wasn't wearing any other product, so there's nothing else to blame it on. it's a shame, I had high hopes for this product and because I've seen good reviews for the brand, a milky SPF 50 sunscreen sounded good, but this is not it.
Okayish
I like the finish this sunscreen leaves. It absorbs quickly into my skin and moisturizes my skin. There is no white cast and it sits great under a full face of makeup. I'm rating this 3 stars because my face gets more sun burnt when I use this.
