Good results, heavily scented

I have natural, loose curls, and my hair is fairly fine. I sometimes wear it curly and sometimes straighten it. My hair is sometimes unruly/messy when I let it curl. I used this product along with the detangling conditioner and anti frizz styling foam for a week. The products gave good results overa...ll, and I didn't have any days that my hair felt un unruly. My one complaint about the conditioner (as with the shampoo) is that it is very heavily fragranced. I don't think I've ever come across hair care products with such a strong smell. It is almost overwhelming. The scent is very perfume-like, not a simple, clean scent. I could smell it lingering in my hair, so I was afraid to wear any other perfume - thought I'd smell like a sample counter in a department store. I thought the smell was pleasant, but it might not suit all users. The conditioner is a nice consistency, not too thick, but it did seem to need a fair amount of rinsing to feel like my hair was free of product. The upside is that a small amount did a nice job. The conditioner doesn't seem very "natural " based on its ingredients and strong perfume (I imagine it contains pthalates). Still, it worked very well for my hair.
