Steam from a warm shower or hot towel can also be used to create heat for intense conditioning. If you have access to a hooded drier, this is another option for intense conditioning. Smells TERRIBLE
I usually LOVE the way kenra products smell, but this smell is terrible, and so strong. It reminds me of overpowering old lady perfume. I usually go 3-5 days between washes, but I had to rewash on day 2 because I couldn't take the smell anymore.

I love this masque, it's the first product that delivers consistent results after each use. You can use it daily but honestly I don't feel I need to use it every time I wash. This will be a main staple in my routine for sure. Along with the blow dry spray that I've used for years and I'm obsessed with!
