Doesn't appeal to eyeliner or eyebrows
Today I bought this product from a dollar tree in Vegas and I was greatly disappointed, because I tried to do my eyeliner and it didn't look like the color the pencil depicted. And I tried it as a eyebrow pencil and it still didn't look like the pigment that was shown on the bottom of the pencil.

You can never go wrong with a simpler black eyeliner. I love the retractable concept. It's sleek and small and easy to bring on the go. The color goes on great. I feel it works just a great as any black eyeliner but for a much better price point.
