Doesn't appeal to eyeliner or eyebrows
Today I bought this product from a dollar tree in Vegas and I was greatly disappointed, because I tried to do my eyeliner and it didn't look like the color the pencil depicted. And I tried it as a eyebrow pencil and it still didn't look like the pigment that was shown on the bottom of the pencil.

I use these to tightline my upper waterline and within a few hours it always smudges under my eye. It's definitely misleading
It's ok
It's kind of a dry formula so it's difficult to apply and not very pigmented. It lasts alright but I'm sure you could find better at a similar price.

I honestly love these eyeliners and my sister loves it to when she took one of them. She always asks for it! But getting to the review I love that it applies creamy and I can still make some changes before it dries down and stays put. I highly recommend this product!
