Most Helpful Positive Review Love this eyeliner, but miss MOSS! I've been using Clinique products for many years, and the Quickliner for Eyes (not the Quickliner Intense) is only pencil eyeliner I can use. I have very sensitive skin and this is the only one that doesn't make my eyes water and itch. It goes on smoothly, lasts all day, and comes off easily with eye makeup remover.
Over time, I have tried most of the shades, but my favorite, by far, was Color 12 MOSS. It was a wonderful shade of green, not too dark or too bright. It really made my green eyes pop! I was very disappointed when it was discontinued. (Why was it?) I haven't been able to find another shade like it, that I can wear.
Although I will continue to use the other colors, I really miss MOSS! Please bring MOSS back!
Most Helpful Critical Review Has the formula changed? I've been using this eyeliner for years with no problems. Now, within the past year or so, it will break off with very little pressure, sometimes before you hardly get it to your eye, and you end up with hardly any product left after a very short period of time. These liners being sold are either old and have been on the shelf a long time, the formula is drying out or changing in transit, or the formula has just completely changed. I know how to use it and have had absolutely no problems for many many years. I noticed some added "how to use" advice on here that I've never seen before, so my speculation is I am not the only one that has had this issue and rather than fix the problem, the blame is being put on the consumer and how they use it. That is just NOT the case. I used this for too long with no problems. CLINIQUE, PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM. This has always been my main eyeliner for years and would really like to continue using it.

The pen was broken, can't turn to bring liner up or down. The formula barely shows on skin as anything other than smudged, grey, no control of the line. Hate it.

I liked the way the liner stayed on my eyes without smudging but I lost most of the liner when I twisted the applicator and most of the liner came out and then broke off. I wasn't able to to reverse it and I lost most of the product.

the shade dark brown creates a natural look, love it ! The product is easy to apply, but you do need some makeup skills because it's rather thicker than a normal liquid eyeliner. Overall I recommend this product!

Used this product one time and decided to see how much product was in the pencil. Turned it once and it stopped. It didn't even come up 1/4 of an inch. I will never buy again.

I've been using this the true khaki quickliner for more than a decade, I think, and it has never disappointed. It's my daily routine, the only makeup I wear regularly. Couldn't recommend it more highly -- I keep buying it and never use anything else!

For 15 years, I have used black eyeliner. Naturally, I want long lasting, easy and quick application, clean lines, and a liner that doesn't crumble in the tube.
I do liner on my eye lid and a bit on the waterline. Precision is especially important on my lid. I have shaky hands so it can take me a long time to perfect my eye makeup.
With my shaky hands and need for precision, this is a lifesaver haha!
It is called QUICKLINER for a reason. It takes me less than a minute to do both of my eyes- never have been able to do that before.
Mom is a lifelong Clinique customer and gives me her gift sets. I tried the sample liner, bought the full size and now will also a lifelong Clinique customer! :) :) :)

If you want an eyeliner that goes on easily and gives eyes some color and definition without leaving your eyes looking like Tutankhamun's mummy mask, this is a good one. OK for sensitive eyes and contact lenses, this is soft enough that you can spread it around a bit and avoid having to use mascara as well, if you want.

First let me say I LOVE the product….BUT….I have bought multiple times in the last couple years and it seems like I just start to use it and don't have it for very long and it is GONE! Never used to be like this. I have bought it for many years. But, like everything else, you cheapen out and hardly put anything in there. It's too expensive to pay that much for very little product in there. Sick of buying it hoping things have changed but they haven't.
Doesn't glide on and confusing the caps is easy. 2

I like that the color stays on. But it doesn't glide on easily. It skips on my middle-age eyelids, even if I tug at the skin to keep it taut (which I hate to do). The other REALLY REALLY annoying thing is that I continually mix up the caps (as mentioned in other reviews), meaning I keep wasting product by smashing it with the wrong cap. FIX THIS! Either make the sponge cap too small to fit on the liner end to prevent a mistake or label the caps. I know, seems simple to remember which cap goes at which end since one is clear and one is opaque but I've got other stuff on my mind in the morning! Help a girl out with idiot-proof caps! :-)

This is THE BEST on the go eyeliner! I have been using it for years and it's worth every penny. It's a must have for your morning makeup routine, because it goes on fast and is very forgiving. It even has an end that you can use to smudge the line or the corners of your eye. It looks beautiful and lasts throughout the day. My favorite color is Dark Chocolate!

I love the Slate color for the bottom lash line. I use black on the top lash line. And the smudger is nice to buff out any "discrepancies" (for lack of a better word). This would get 5 stars if the lid weren't so easy to confuse, causing me to completely smash (and waste) the product day one. Why not make interchangeable lids for each end?

This stuff is hard to get off. I have sensitive eyes and wear contacts, so I can't use a lot of removers. I've tried getting it off with dove soap and a Q tip, thought I got it all, and then found that there were still little specks of it around the bases of my lashes. It's really disheartening because I try hard to take care of my eyes. Dermatologist testing is great, but is this stuff tested by ophthalmologists since it goes around your eyes? Has it been tested to make sure it doesn't clog your oil ducts and cause things like blepharitis? I think that's pretty important considering that blepharitis is incurable.

Eyeliner does not stay on throughout the day. Wish I could sharpen the tip, because over time, the tip becomes blunt. Leaving a thick line on lid. Will not buy again.

Love this! Lasts all day, without smudging, and only takes a few seconds to apply seamlessly! 100% recommend! Not for the perfect wings or detailed designs, but if you want an eyeliner for rushed mornings that won't sweat off or smudge at school or work, this is it!

I've tried 2 of these. The eyeliner itself is really nice. However, both of the sticks inside broke multiple times each. And also, the pencil doesn't retract. So once you twist it up a bit, there's no way to twist it back down inside the tube. That is the most ridiculous and unusable design ever. I had to throw both of them away after only a couple of weeks. Very disappointing.
