I love EVERYTHING about this dryer, but one thing. First the good: it is super-light; it's powerful; it dries quickly; the accessories are great. Really happy with the heat/power settings. Now my single complaint: for the life of me, I cannot understand why the cool shot completely turns off the heat. You're sitting there thinking, "well, isn't that the point of a cool shot - no heat?". Yes and no. Imagine you're happily drying your hair and you want to set a curl using a round brush and cool air. You press the cool button and the heat turns off, totes cool. But then you have to TURN THE HEAT BACK UP to do the next section of hair. Over and over again. The heat doesn't come back after you release the cool button. WHY ARE THEY TORTURING ME THIS WAY? I have never once thought to myself, "I'd really like to make styling my hair more complicated and time-consuming." Crazy, right? Get your engineers and designers on this, stat.
