Is it a thicker moisturizer?
Asked by Stella
Official Answer By The Ordinary - Brand Engage
Hi there, this moisturizer sits in the middle and is suitable for all skin types. For a thicker moisturizer , please feel free to explore our Natural Moisturizing Factors + PhytoCeramides and for a thinner consistency you can explore our Natural Moisturizing Factors + Beta Glucan or Rice Lipids + Ectoin Microemulsion. Was this answer helpful to you
Q
Can this be used at the same time as the ordinary multi-peptide + copper peptides 1% serum?
Asked by HK
Official Answer By The Ordinary - Brand Engage
Hi there, yes! We'd recommend cleansing, applying a few drops of Multi-Peptide + Copper Peptides 1% and then sealing with Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA. We hope this helps! Was this answer helpful to you
Q
Would this be recommended for use with Rx cream for anti aging
Asked by Mandy
Official Answer By The Ordinary - Brand Engage
Unfortunately, it is difficult for us to comment on the pairing of our products with those of other brands. We recommend consulting with your doctor/dermatologist, gradually incorporating one new product into your regimen at a time, and applying test patches first to see what works best for your skin. Was this answer helpful to you

the right combo for my dry skin!

YAY! I have finally found the right combo for my skin! I am 51. I have tried so many other products. My skin is dry, aging and in our cold northern Canada winters my skin always feels itchy and so very dry and dull. I have tried this moisturizer before but by itself it just wasn't enough. So I start...

As I continued to use this product I slowly noticed dry patches, where I thought it was another cram I was using so I stopped using that. Then my face became, dry, tight, red, puffy, and severely swollen arou...

By Ek

From Memphis, TN

I used this product for a long time thinking that my acne was jsut bc i was a teen and my hormones were acting up but i did more resesrch recently on all my products and this was the only one that wasn't noncomedogenic. I used this product for almost a year and had horrible acne the whole time now its been a few werks with out it and my skin has fully cleared up. I was very disappointed but i found an alternative (elf holy hydration moisturizer).

Sadly, after using this product for three years, I have just come to find that it is part of the Lauder brands, and I simply can't support this criminal operation

Product is fine; customer service policy sucks

I buy this moisturizer a lot. It's great. Your free gift policy blows. If someone meets requirements, just send them their gift. And then your customer service wanted to argue with me about it. I am loyal, but I plan to shop elsewhere on principle.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Really great moisturizer

I have been using it for a week now and my skin has noticeably improved in texture and tone. I have pretty dry skin, especially in the winter in the desert, and this has really saved my skin. I don't think people are rubbing it in properly or using way too much when complaining about a white cast or it feeling too greasy. I saw comments on pilling and I haven't experienced that. I have been layering this product with other serums some nights and also wearing makeup over it and the texture of my skin remains smooth. I also like that ordinary doesn't scent their products since I avoid putting fragrances on my skin as much as possible. I reapply it a few times a day because of how plump and hydrated it makes my skin feel. Will definitely buy again.
