DO NOT BUY

I bought this and used it with no issues for 6 months. Then last week it FRIED my hair. My long hair is DONE and still, after washing, smells burnt. Then when I went to turn it back on to try it on a lower setting, it wouldn't heat up. I think the heating coil got overly hot the last time I did my h...

Stopped Working

From Rochester, NY

When i first got this (about a year ago) it was awesome. It didnt take long to heat up, it straightened my hair nicely a s didn't burn it. Fast forward almost a year exactly, the 3 setting didnt seem to get as hot so I adjusted it to a higher temp, but eventually it just stopped working. The iron turns on, the lights indicates its on, but the plates dont get hot (or warm) at all. I babied this iron. It never left my house when I traveled anywhere and I took really good care of it. I don't understand what happened. Just stopped working out of the blue. Very disappointing. On the otherhad, puchased a v3 years ago for a haf if the cost, brought it on every single trip and it still works. Only reason why I bought the new iron is because I loved my blow dryer from Babyliss. I guess its back to the old one.

This is a good buy

I bought this back in May 2023 & it's still doing what it did on the first day right now in 2026. It gets hot. The only con I could say is that you can burn yourself easily with this so be careful.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Don't waste your hard earned money

I own this flat iron for about three weeks and it died on me. I thought I was hitting an off button every time I went to straighten my hair or curl it, but I wasn't it just kept turning off on me. I've seen a lot of reviews on this Flat iron Some good some bad but I've also seen a lot that said it broke real quickly. That's why I didn't purchase again. I just don't Think it's worth the money for the purchase it's a good item if it worked properly plus it's easy to burn yourself on your hair. Does look good if you straighten it or curl it but if it doesn't work, it's not worth it. That's why I gave it a couple stars.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
