After face wash I use this follwoed by moisturizer- but this serum peels off when applying moisturizer! I tried switching moisturizer but same results
- Asked by MM
- Official Answer By The Ordinary - Brand Engage"Pilling" can occur due to many different reasons, for example, the amount of the product being applied, consistencies of the products being used in conjunction, the total number of products being applied, etc. We recommend applying water formulations before oil formulations and using a maximum of three serum formulations in a single regimen. In this case, you may be applying too much product to your skin. Your skin can only absorb a certain amount of product, and any excess will be left on top of the skin so that when the next product is applied, it rubs off. We recommend using 1-2 drops of each product, massaging it into the skin until it is fully absorbed to move on to the next. We hope this helps! Was this answer helpful to you

Can this be used after cleansing, milky tone and before gf 15, argireline and matrixyl
- Asked by Beth
- Official Answer By The Ordinary - Brand EngageHey there! We'd reccomend using no more than 3 serums/treatments in one regimen. So one regimen could look like this: Cleanse > Saccharomyces Ferment 30% Milky Toner > GF 15% Solution > Argireline Solution 10% > Matrixyl 10% + HA > Moisturizer > SPF (AM) , and another could look like this: Cleanse > Saccharomyces Ferment 30% Milky Toner > GF 15% Solution > Multi-Peptide + Copper Peptides 1% > Moisturize. We hope this helps! Was this answer helpful to you

Looks like fake tanner on my skin
I have been using this product at night before bed and everyday when I wake up my face is extremely tan especially around my eyebrows / hairline. It looks like I have applied fake tanner to my face. I'm not sure why I'm having this reaction, anyone else?

Best copper peptide thus far
I've tried several more expensive copper peptides including Medik8 and Inn Beauty Elastic Skin and this one is better. The only drawback is the initial copper smell, but it dries away. I recommend for smoother, plumper skin.
Impossible to use
No matter how much i hydrate my face, or the amount of products i take out of my routine, this serum does not absorb and peels off.
I like this product
This copper peptide serum works great for soothing my skin. I have enjoyed using it morning and night but gave it 4 stars only because it becomes a bit sticky on my face. Once I put moisturizer over it the stickiness goes away. Good product.
Pushing 55Yr Old
Most reviews don't leave enough info. I'll be 55 in a few months. I do have an olive skin tone. And while I've not been the best to my body and skin, I do take care of myself. I've used brands ranging from Revision to Obagi to The Ordinary. I don't have a lengthy skin care routine. Give me the most bang for my buck and performance for as little effort as possible. This product does NOT disappoint. It's a staple for me. Word of advice…when using a new product…give your skin time to adjust to new product usage.

The Ordinary is amazing!
I love all their products. I use this one at night, sometimes alone.
