When you get to the end of your eye balm stick, peel off the little white sticker at the bottom, revealing a hole inside the tube. Love it but…there is an issue
I will not buy again nor will I be recommending until dispenser is fixed. Don't want anyone being disappointed because of the product not dispensing because of malfunctioning dispenser. Please let me know once this issue has been resolved.
Does not work
I bought this because of all the good reviews I saw, but unfortunately the videos must be using filters to get the brightening effect. I used this consistently for a couple months and saw no difference. I also have oily skin and it was a little too greasy for me.
Too much work once you get to the bottom of the tube
I had high expectations for this product. The price point definitely does not match the quantity in the tube. Once I got to the bottom I had to scoop the rest out or lose the rest that went below the swivel point. Disappointed and will not purchase again.
It's good but the tube sucks
I used for anout 3 month. Then thw tube stopped pushing out product. This is very disappointing because its an expensive product. I will not be purchasing this item again:(
Terrible applicator
I got this on a discount, but for how expensive it is, I expected more from the applicator mechanism. It's hard to twist up which I don't mind as much since it encourages applying just enough balm, but I accidentally dislodged the entire eye balm from the base (by pulling out the entire balm) and then the twisting mechanism stopped working. I tried melting the balm and then cooling it after, but it never fixed the issue permanently. I can no longer use the eye balm since the product is stuck inside the stick.
