When you get to the end of your eye balm stick, peel off the little white sticker at the bottom, revealing a hole inside the tube. Irritated Skin, No Brightening
Caused a bunch of red sensitive bumps under my eye area that were very uncomfortable and I did not notice any brightening effect.
Great product- terrible packaging
I actually really like this product, but there is some major quality issues with the spinning mechanism that pushes the tube up and down. This is now my third tube with the same exact problem. It appears from the reviews, that it's a quality problem across the board. I'm currently searching for a dupe that functions the same, with less mechanical issues.

I liked the product, I actually thought it worked better than a lot of products. The applicator is the problem. It broke in less than a month and the product fell out. This is not a cheap product so I expected better. My score for the product is a 4 but the applicator is a 2 so I gave it an overall score of 3. I will not buy this product again.

Had to return it because someone had already used it all. They replaced it. No questions asked. Jury still out on its effectiveness.
