Most Helpful Positive Review Sturdy Eye Primer
I Purchased this Eyeshadow Primer as soon as Anastasia Beverly Hills Launched it. I\ve Tried MANY Eyeshadow Primers and I don\t have Great Luck with them mainly for the Reason being I don\t like my Eyeshadow Primer to be like a Foundation number one and I don\t like a lot of color Pigment in my Eyeshadow Primer I also don\t like an Eyeshadow Primer that is going to Dry the Second it hits my Eyelid either. Well I was in for a Surprise this Primer wasn\t Any of those things I just mentioned. The Only Reason I didn\t give it a FULL STAR Review is because it is a bit Liquidy so you do have to use this VERY VERY Sparingly and Really Blend it into your Lids which it Blends Beautifully and you do have a little time before it completely dries to do that. Also you don\t have to Powder this because it will dry down to a Powder on your lids it won\t be Tacky. Also love the Universal Shade its Almost like an Eggshell Color Not sure if this will work well with someone who is Darker Skintone but for Lighter Skintone to Medium its Perfect.
Most Helpful Critical Review doesn't work
I thought ABH would have a good lid primer since they're known for their shadows but I was very, very wrong.. so first and foremost regardless of color, tint or finish an eye shadow primer should keep eye shadow on all day and prevent creasing... this one does not do that. my eyeshadow creases every time I use this within only a few hours.. as if I weren't wearing primer at all, so that right there makes this pointless. I also am not a fan of the color which I thought I would be and is one of the reasons I bought this one. it casts a white layer over the lid of course to make shadows pop more but of course If your like me u use primer all the way up to your brow bone and then u have to use other colors that make your skin look like skin again cuz I dunno bout u but I don't wanna look like i put my shadow all the way up to my brows like mimi from the drew carey show.. so it just ends up being a pain in the behind and creases by 10am anyways so its dumb imo. if u wanna make ur shadows pop with a light color I think its more advantageous to just put a light concealer over your shadow primer that actually works cuz its not this one in only the area of the lid that u want it in and go that route instead. oh also this feels somewhat oily when u first apply it? not sure if thats why it creases so bad but I always pat it out real good and set it with powder and then do my shadow but it still creases. some people's eyes don't crease badly because of they're eye shape or not having oily lids so it will still work for some people but I have hooded lids and oily skin so if thats you don't buy this one. sorry so long I had to rant lol.

I'm really surprised at the reviews because this product is amazing I only use it for to do my cut crease and I think it works wonderful I don't think I will use anything else to cut my crease

The sting stops within a few seconds Could be my supper sensitive skin. A little goes along way! Better if you let it dry down and I do use a little powder to set. It's a good product

Amazing primer! Literally only need one drop for your entire lid. I always used white concealer before for bright colors, but this primer works just as well at making them pop!
This primer is terrible.
Laura from Bellingham
This product is a waste of money. When I use it my eyeshadow wears off quicker than if I didn't use any primer at all.
I generally don't leave negative reviews about things, but I want to save people the time/money/energy when it comes to this bunk product.
Would not buy

This came as a sample, and it's …. Weird.
Sticky, emphasizes imperfections

I tried this with my fingertips and with sponge, it's like the Elmer's glue we used to use in elementary school. I should have stayed with my Urban Decay & Smashbox.
Not for me

Leaves a horrible white cast on my eye lids. Rubbed it in for a few minutes with no luck
A little goes a long way

Works fairly well! I only use a tiny amount on my eyes and make sure it is totally dry before I apply any other product and it extends my eyeshadow wear by at least 4 hours. It dries white/shimmery but personally I like that as a background color. I honestly can't imagine the kind of person who would need a full size one of these considering you should replace these types of products after 6 months to a year to prevent any sort of eye infection. I'd buy again.
Waste of money, honestly doesn't work!

I wear eyeshadow and make up on a daily basis and I'm always looking for the next best thing. I normally use the urban decay primer but it's pretty pricey so I actually like to use the elf primer here and there because it's really good surprising but I haven't been able to find it recently and when I went in to Ulta I asked for advice and she recommended this one but after using it for one week it is literally the worst I primer I have ever used. I've noticed it in photos and every night when I go to take my makeup off it's sad that the $3 elf primer is 10 times better than this one when this one is more expensive and supposed to be a better brand. I'm definitely returning this tomorrow. Trust me I know make up and don't waste your money on this one.

I just received this two days ago and I love it! Just dab it on under eye makeup and it stays put all day until I wash it off.
Not worth the investment

I want to love this product. A good primer makes all the difference in the world. I've used this for months. Mostly because it was a free gift, makeup is expensive and I just don't want to waste it. There is no doubt it doesn't last long. However, I just did my make up, applied the primer and some eye shadow. In less than 15 minutes I have a crease. One would hope a primer would hold for at least a few hours but this just doesn't quite cut it. There is always the chance it works better for a different eye shape. Regardless, I would not recommend this product.
Dried out my lids ! Left crocodile like flakes!

Now I have very oily lids so at first it's was great. But after a months or so I noticed my lids started drying out really bad and getting crusty dry patches. Which is NOT cute lol. And it causes my inner corners to tear up so much ruining my looks. Definitely would not recommend or repurchase. Plus my bottle came with a whole in the top so it get everywhere. A complete mess.
Two words describe this eyeshadow primer

Like everyone else said, a little goes a long way. This works slightly better than Urban Decay for me, but of course you don't get as much product. I still really like it.

This is definitely not a good product for normal to oily eyelids; it didn't keep eyeshadow/liner in place. I learned immediately that a little goes a long way. No matter how little I put on, it still was messy and VERY pale. I returned it.

You don't need much, a little goes a long way!!

I use this product on my eyes and it lasts all day long with no creases. It makes your eyes pop. Also, a little bit goes a long way.
Best eyelid primer ever!

I was initially introduced to your product via Ipsy. It was in one of my monthly cosmetic bags. From the very first time I tried it, I loved it. So I went online and bought two more because I don't want to run out.
Absolutely, positively, NO.
Clarissa from Plainfield, IN
I got this in an Ipsy, and I was SO excited to try it out because I had heard nothing but good things about it. First of all, I was expecting it to be thicker in texture, but it was extremely thin, runny, and watery. The light pigmentation that it gives is absolutely TERRIBLE, it seriously sucked out all of the moisture on my eyelids, and emphasized dryness that I didn't even know was there. I decided to still try to use it, but it made my eyeshadow application more difficult than ever, and it was all creased literally only an hour into the wear time. I will probably throw this in the trash and continue to use my urban decay primer potion which has never failed me.
Best primer ever

I received this is an Ipsy bag and I love it! Wish I could get this in full size!
Irritated/burned my eyelids
Carlee Kate from PA
I got this as a sample and thank goodness I didn't spend money on it. When applying, it does dry quickly, and I am not quick lol so that was a challenge. The color is very light, I used an Elf shimmer eyeshadow stick and liquid liner and it worked fine, but it was a very simple makeup day, nothing elaborate. My eyes itched a little throughout the day. But when I removed this with my Elf oil balm cleanser, my lids were VERY red. It was also red/crusty/dry on the outer corners of my eyes and they burned. Now I know to look for a gentle eyelid primer. I have and use the Elf putty eyelid primer but it is difficult to get on and i don't like stretching/pulling my lids. If you don't react to this product, and prefer the light color of the primer, it works well.

Wow! This is great. It was easy to apply and made my eye shadow for on so much smoother. I love this!!
My favorite eye primer
The Eyes Have It from Sioux Falls SD
I apply this on my eye lids before applying color. It is a great base color. I don't find that this creases like some primers do by the end of the day. A little bit goes a long way. Great price point. I highly recommend this eye primer.
Smooth and long lasting

I received this as a sample and this is the first primer that has ever delivered on all of what you expect. Blend able , my eye makeup lasts until the next morning when I, GASP, fall asleep with it on. I even dab a bit under my eye for lasting concealer coverage.
