The Best Zzzzzz
I kept seeing the reviews for the Nodpod and finally decided to give it a go. I am used to sleeping with a silk sleepmask, and tend to sleep hot, so knew I needed to purchase the silk option. I was skeptical, as I am a side and back sleeper, and thought it may be too clunky and shift all night. However, I was so wrong! It actually does a better job of staying in place than my sleep masks. It lays flat and tucks together flat at the back. One of the biggest challenges that I have been experiencing perimenopause is an inability to stay asleep at night. I tend to wake up multiple times throughout the night and then struggle to return to sleep. I am liable to lay awake for hours any given night. The light weight of the microbeads on my eyes, however, felt like a gentle hug lulling me back into sleep each and every time I woke. I genuinely believe I had the longest running dream I have ever had last night because when I woke I kept going right back into sleep immediately. I have been using this for three nights now and can't imagine another night's sleep without it.

This has transformed my sleep! It surprisingly stays on all night and i toss and turn a lot. Very easy to grab and adjust if needed. I was worried it would be a hassle and its not. I fall asleep so much faster now and stay asleep longer. My only complaint is the price point but well worth it for the sleep I'm getting now!
Weighted blanket for your eyes
This thing is absolutely amazing. I have the best sleep when I wear it. You can use it as a side sleeper, just tie it, and it doesn't move at all.

Glorious when I'm not mid-hotflash! I use the silk side snd love how cool and fresh it feels on my tired eyes. A+ for infinite adjustability.
