Best towel warmer but broke after 4 months…cannot get a hold of anybody for the year long supposed warranty
For girlies with tiny bathrooms
If youre looking for one to compete with those really nice onces you always see on TikTok and pintrest?! Maybe don't get this one? This is an inexpensive (by comparison to those real fancy $200 ones) version, it takes at least an hour to heat up those towels so dont bother even looking at the 15 or 30 minute setting, most likely due to the fact it has poor insulation. That being said i dont use mine IN my bathroom (the moisture plus electronics? Asking for it die) but it being portable makes this pretty much solid tho, because my bathroom is basically the definition of a "water closet". Over 6 months of use, i havent notices anything wrong with it. I place mine right outside my bathroom door, so a little inconvenient? But i get do NICE HOT towels ngl
Don't waste your money
I bought this product during the last 21 days of beauty in March. It worked consistently for 6 months and finally has given out. I can not return it now that it is out of the window of policy. Super frustrating product.
waste of money
bought 2 of them like the ideal. Both stopping working in less than a week. I will say returning them to Ultra was easy. I'm surprised they are still carrying them there're junk with a nice price tag
Love this Product
Love this towel warmer. I was always a bit skeptical of adding one to my bathroom due to the amount of space it would take up and I didn't want to drag this from the bathroom to the closet after every use. Having the ability to collapse the item is really convenient and allows me to store it in the bathroom and set up in a few seconds. My whole family uses it and is nice to pull out during get togethers outside with friends to pass out a warm blanket.
