works great but no cool tones

i got this in 4.5 which was supposedly a neutral brown. it works fine but it was unusable for me bc it's so warm. my shade in the discontinued pen was deep brown and that was perfect and cool toned, 4.5 was my recommended shade for the new pen and it's still way too warm. i've swatched all of them in person now and basically DO NOT GET THIS IF YOU ARE COOL TONED. super disappointed that i can't use my favorite brow product anymore.
Inconsistent
I returned it. It picked and chose when to work. Sometimes the lines were so thick then next swipe was thin. I couldn't get my brows to look right because every swipe was different.
Product doesn't last
Ive bought 2 of these within the last month. The first one, the ink went away after 3 uses so i bought another. And i used it yesterday and today and already its basically gone. You have to really push to get color and then it doesnt look like natural hair, its just like a marker coloring in. Ive heard so many good things about benefit brow products and this was very disappointing.

Tinted Brow, micro bristle is nice
I am not a fan, it lasts all day but not dark enough for pigmented women of color. Would like to see a richer dark brown and black like a medium black brown and black brown then just midnight black.
