Waste of money
I previously used the microfilling pen that has been discontinued. I hoped this would be similar. Didn't like it from day 1. You can barely see the color, it doesn't look like hair-like strokes, and the product didn't last long at all. It was a huge waste of money.

First time buyer of this product and I am so impressed. Goes on smooth and looks natural not like a pencil.
super blonde brows beware
I bought shade 2.5 expecting the super light blonde color that the images show.. and for some reason the color comes off more like shade 3, much much darker than displayed. since I have super light blonde brows, im very disappointed. It is waterproof.
works great but no cool tones

i got this in 4.5 which was supposedly a neutral brown. it works fine but it was unusable for me bc it's so warm. my shade in the discontinued pen was deep brown and that was perfect and cool toned, 4.5 was my recommended shade for the new pen and it's still way too warm. i've swatched all of them in person now and basically DO NOT GET THIS IF YOU ARE COOL TONED. super disappointed that i can't use my favorite brow product anymore.
Inconsistent
I returned it. It picked and chose when to work. Sometimes the lines were so thick then next swipe was thin. I couldn't get my brows to look right because every swipe was different.
