Q
Can it be used with Retinal 0.2%? What's the difference between this and SerumMulti-Peptide + HA Serum. Is the same Matrixyl or one of them is more "powerful"?
Asked by Andrea
Official Answer By The Ordinary - Brand Engage
Hi there, yes Matrixyl 10% + HA can be used with Retinal 0.2% Emulsion in the same regimen. We'd recommend applying Matrixyl 10% + HA first, followed by Retinal 0.2% Emulsion. Matrixyl 10% + HA is a more concentrated version of Matrixyl, which is also present in Multi-Peptide + HA Serum at a lower dose. Multi-Peptide + HA Serum also contains a variety of other peptides such as Argirelox, and Syn-ake.Was this answer helpful to you

Q
Can I use this before or after using your 10% Niacinamide & 1% Zinc serum?
Asked by SteelersFan81
Official Answer By The Ordinary - Brand Engage
Hi there! If you have more than one water-based serum, you can apply based on the priority of your concern (the product that targets the most important concern should go first). About 2-3 drops of each serum and 1 pea-sized amount of creams should be enough for the full face and neck. We hope this helps! Was this answer helpful to you

Not sure

Bought by mistake, thought it was AHA. Have used quarter of bottle and found irritation on my neck. Same as the retinol. Just in the horizontal lines of the neck. Used on the face is ok. Not confident to use around the eyes.

Another home run from The Ordinary!

By Patricia

From Boynton Beach, FL

Again, my 2nd bottle of Matrixyl 10% + Hyaluronic Acid. I've added this into my daily skin care routine of The Ordinary skin care products. I put 2 drops into the palm of my hand and apply it to my face and neck with my fingertips. A little goes a long way. My skin looks tighter and healthier, so I am very pleased with this product. I use quite a few of The Ordinary products, and will be adding more of their products to my "cache". They are not inly affordable, but they produce the results I am looking for.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

I found this to be very sticky/tacky. Used an entire bottle and saw no results. I could handle the stickiness if it worked, but 8 weeks later, nothing.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
