Easy to Apply, No Spider Lashes, Non Clumping,

Hello my lovely readers! I was recently gifted the new M·A·CStack Micro Brush Mascara by Bzzagent in exchange for a review. The M·A·CStack Micro Brush Mascara retails for about $28, and claims that it's clump resistant, layerable, separates and defines lashes, is nonflaking, and lasts up to 24 hour...s. So let's see if it stacks up to these claims.  Let's get this out of the way, mascara is not a makeup product I invest a lot of money into, nor is it part of my daily wear routine. I wear glasses most of the time, and mascara has the tendency to stick to the lenses while it's drying. I tend to wear mascara more for formal events, or when I'm wearing contacts. I've tried a lot of mascaras: Maybelline, Thrive Causemetics, Ipsy, Benefit, and Tarte.  Like most mascara  M·A·CStack has that distinct aroma that is reminiscent of ink. As a fragrance enthusiast, I found it quite abrasive. Compared to other mascaras, that aroma is definitely louder. Most of the time I don't even notice it.  Another great thing about the M·A·CStack also dries fast, like within a few seconds. Some mascara formulas can take up to 30 seconds to dry. Compared to other mascaras, M·A·CStack was very difficult to remove. It needed a few rinses with an oil cleanser, and I had to actually scrub my lashes. The bottle itself is quite stylish. It definitely screams Mac, with the black and sleek design. However it fits very comfortably in the hand, and the metallic ball in the handle is a great usability feature, it makes opening the bottle comfortable and fast.&nbsp; Some other mascaras I have tried feel very uncomfortable and stiff in your hands. I also liked that the bottle stands by itself. Sure, nearly all mascara bottles aside from the more quirky shaped bottles can stand upward on your vanity. But living in a state prone to earthquakes, I was quite amused that it maintained its position longer than other mascaras when I shook the desk< /p> But let's move on to the actual product. I really enjoyed the application process. Even with a hand that is less experienced than my fellow makeup wearers who religiously wear mascara, the mascara looks nice, not very clumpy, or spiderlike. It applied very evenly, which is sometimes an issue I have with other mascara. When you don't wear mascara as often, you can sometimes botch up the application by applying too much, especially with more straight and stiffer wands. But even with three coats the lashes just look darker and smooth.   I also quite enjoyed that the color was very apparent in one application. With two swipes the lashes were distinctly longer. My lashes with mascara are usually a smidge shorter. It's not a difference that is big enough to be discernible by others but trying a few formulas was noticeable to me. The brush is quite nice. Straighter brushes are useful for applying color.  , but I've always preferred more curved brushes because they are more in sync with the natural curve of your eyelashes. Curved brushes also help in avoiding clumpy eyelashes. I was quite happy to use the curved brush.  It also is quite efficient in allowing me to focus on certain areas of my eyelashes, without immediately covering everything.I liked that I could shape my eyelashes a little better. The pigment is quite nice, my eyelashes match the color of my dark brown hair, and it's not too black that it looks like printer ink.   Upon pressing my fingers onto the mascara, the texture is clearly dried mascara, but it's not as stiff as other formulas which I quite enjoy. THE CLAIMS: So what about its claims about being clump resistant, layerable, separates and defining lashes, nonflaking, and lasts up to 24 hours?  It is definitely clump resistant. The mascara did not pill or clump. I was able to apply three layers and it did not look stiff or cakey. The lash separation seemed to perform pretty similarly to other mascaras I tried. I did not really see a difference between this mascara and another mascara in regards to the separation of lashes. As for its non-flaking claims, I didn't notice any flakes. But formulas in the $20 typically do not flake. As for its 24 hours claim, I got a good 15 hours wear out of it. But let's be honest, the average makeup consumer is not going to wear makeup for 24 hours. I certainly was not going to sleep in mascara to test the claims. But it is long-lasting, and would definitely last the whole day. . < /p> Overall I quite enjoyed wearing the  M·A·CStack. The  M·A·CStack k formula is quite good. I can't deny it. The mascara looks wonderful, the pigmentation is nice.  I absolutely adore that it's not clumpy. M·A·CStack is quite long-lasting. When I initially applied at 7:00 am on my first day, it lasted until 10PM and didn't need any touch-ups. I found it actually a bit tedious to remove because it adhered so tightly to my lashes. Overall  Mas has hit it out of the park with M·A·CStack. It's a cute little mascara that I think would be enjoyed by mascara enthusiasts.    I would feel very confident in recommending this to my cousin who absolutely adores mascara and is a daily wearer, and equally to my Tita who enjoys brands that you would find in the Department store or Sephora While I enjoyed the M·A·CStack, I must be honest. I know personally, I would never spend $28 on mascara. Mac has solid formulas, and the mascara performs phenomenally. It is definitely worth your money. But I cannot justify spending $28 on a product that will get minimal use in my makeup toolkit, especially when I've enjoyed formulas from drug stores for under $12 and other formulas priced around $24. I would much rather experiment with a couple of colorful mascaras than spend it on an effective but highly common black mascara.  Should you purchase it? You should if you're interested in a lengthening mascara, have difficulty applying mascara, or enjoy Mac's catalog. But I think I will not be repurchasing.
