1. Dip the e.l.f. Eyeshadow Brush or e.l.f. Wide Tapered Eyeshadow Brush into Liquid Velvet Eyeshadow (brushes sold separately).
2. Gently swipe liquid eyeshadow onto eyelids then use the brush or your fingertip to tap and blend.
3. Swipe and blend lightly for a soft, seamless finish.
4. For a bolder, more pigmented look, layer Liquid Velvet Eyeshadow onto lids. Let the eyeshadow dry before adding additional layers.
