Squeeze tube until liquid primer appears, then evenly apply to face. Using your fingertips, gently pat and blend primer into skin. Allow 30 seconds for the primer to set before following with your regular makeup routine.

Nice Primer
Received the ELF Poreless Putty Primer + Cica to test for a review, and overall liked it. It didn't make much of a difference for my redness, but it applied easily and felt lightweight on my skin. It left a smooth, matte finish and helped create a nice base for makeup.

I've never used the original liquid poreless putty primer but was aware it had won awards and was highly recommended by numerous trusted sources. On the hunt for anything to help soothe my skin and protect my skincare from my makeup, to help blur pores and calm skin. This did just that! My makeup applied flawless and has stayed smooth all day- my skin isn't red or as irritated as it has been, regardless of redness, eczema flares or winter this will now be my go-to all season all time favorite makeup primer

I received this a month ago, and have been using it consistently almost every day, I've noticed after applying it reduced the appearance of my redness. I also have excema and this didnt flare it up at all.

Being a fan of the original Liquid Poreless Putty, I was thrilled with the added cica, which helps to calm the redness in my skin. Works well with my oily skin and helps to smooth the surface texture. My only criticism is that although it is green in colour it doesn't do much to colour correct. Love this product though!
