Squeeze tube until liquid primer appears, then evenly apply to face. Using your fingertips, gently pat and blend primer into skin. Allow 30 seconds for the primer to set before following with your regular makeup routine.

Nice Primer
Received the ELF Poreless Putty Primer + Cica to test for a review, and overall liked it. It didn't make much of a difference for my redness, but it applied easily and felt lightweight on my skin. It left a smooth, matte finish and helped create a nice base for makeup.

I've really been enjoying the e.l.f. Liquid Poreless Putty Primer + Cica. It feels super lightweight on the skin but still smooths everything out nicely before makeup. I love that it helps calm redness while giving my foundation a more even, blurred look. It doesn't feel greasy or heavy, and my makeup stays looking fresh longer. Such a good affordable primer that actually does what it claims.

I was skeptical at first because it is a thin primer, but it really helps if you have redness and my skin did look smoother and my foundation stuck all day. I would definitely repurchase, i would use this primer over the silicone pore filling primers any day.

I received this primer at no cost in exchange for an honest review. Everything about this formula is calling my name - cica is a great ingredient, and I want my skin tone neutralized all through the day. I have combo skin and prefer matte looks. I was so surprised at how effortlessly this blended into my skin, NO other primer has totally disappeared in appearance and texture the way this one does! No build-up or pilling, no slick silicone feel, just skin. For that alone, I'd recommed this product. But I didn't feel that the green pigment was enough to make a big difference in my redness, and the large pores around my nose were only somewhat blurred. It leaves a natural, satin finish on me that's slightly mattified. It helps to create a smooth base for makeup, and I will definitely continue using it over my other drugstore and high end primers.
