California Naturals Leave-in Conditioner & Detangler

this product is anazing but idk why they put this scent in. id rather a gross herbal natural scent that smells like dirt then to smell like an old man who hasnt washed but lathered himself bad cheap cologne, sadly thats what this smells like. the perfume in this is so strong that it was stuck on me for HOURS. which makes sort of no sense considering other products from this brand have little to no scent or if it does its a natural scent from the ingredients, which makes the adding of perfume into this a little confusing. its sort of sad because this left my hair feeling AMAZING but then I got the worst headache ive gotten in a very long time because the scent just wouldn't leave my hair. please California naturals please make this with no scent. I get most of their products BECAUSE they have natural ingredients and dont trigger my eczema. im going to give this one more try. maybe using the leave in and blow drying my hair will make the scent burn off but if it doesn't I may have to return this product. the product itself made my hair SO SOFT and silky and manageable and I love that it was silicone free. I have low porosity but very fine hair and this didnt weigh my hair down and its protein free as well so it didnt cause build up I just wish the scent was gone.

Smells good. Only use on the ends if you already have somewhat oily hair or your hair gets oily fast. Little goes a long way!

This would be a stellar product if it didn't have glycerin. People living in super hot humid climates do not typically benefit from glycerin, it actually has the opposite effect because it attracts & absorbs the moisture in the air and makes hair super frizzy. If this were made available without it, I'd buy a case!

Listen up, curly cues. I am now in my thirties and just generally very OVER any sort of high "maintenance" and very over blowing out my hair everyday to mimic my best impression of the "after" of Mia Thermopolis Renaldi and have been embracing my curls. Not going to lie, some days it feels like my curls do not embrace ME, but, this product makes them fall into line. I like the texture and the results. I feel like this helps to moisturize my strands without weighing my hair down too much. Now, I am not generally a fan of fragrance in my haircare, but, I tolerate this rose scent and it doesn't seem to overpower or nauseate me throughout the day. I have very blonde, curly hair and it's kind of fine but there's quite a bit of it and it loves to frizz on me. This handles a lot of the frizz and I pretty much just pop it onto my wet hair and let it dry. It works great! I should note that I have also been using the other California naturals products in the line (shampoo, conditioner, deep hair repair mask) but have used this one today without using those products and it worked great again. I also think the price point is pretty reasonable!

this made my hair so so soft, works great but unfortunately the floral scent just doesnt mesh with my migrines. so sad, maybe one day they will make a coconut one ! I had to return because I couldn't use it
