Be aware of the refill - do not buy
Product is great but refill pack is horrible. I inserted it based on instructions, but the cream stopped coming out of the jar after may be 10 days using it. Absolutely unusable at this point, I had to take the lid out and still can't use the cream because the refill thing is stuck in the jar. Ugh f...

Disappointing "Moisturizer"
I had high hopes for this moisturizer, but after trying it and researching the ingredients, I have to say that this product is a pass on my list. I used it for a few weeks, and during that time my skin became irritated, even more dry than it was to begin with, and inflamed. My skin barrier most definitely became compromised. If you have naturally dry, sensitive skin, I would avoid this one. Ingredients in it that can be problematic for people with skin like mine include the following: phenoxyethanol, chlorphenesin, ceteareth‑20, sodium hydroxide, and citric acid. People with naturally oily to "normal" skin may have no adverse reactions to this product, but my naturally dry skin has some healing to do after trying it for a few weeks. I will say that the pump and packaging are nice, but I hope that Drunk Elephant reevaluates the ingredients they're using.
STINKS!!!
This is your standard, every day, run-of-the-mill moisturizer… But the one that makes this one different is that it smells absolutely atrocious! It's been sitting on my face for 30 minutes now and I can still smell it! What is that?! Absolutely would not buy again!
