Product is great but refill pack is horrible. I inserted it based on instructions, but the cream stopped coming out of the jar after may be 10 days using it. Absolutely unusable at this point, I had to take the lid out and still can't use the cream because the refill thing is stuck in the jar. Ugh f...

Moisturizing without being greasy
I received this item as my free diamond gift, and I am really pleased that this is what I chose. It has a very light texture and moisturizes without a "greasy" feeling or oily look. However, it manages to create lasting hydration. I have sensitive skin and it did not irritate me or break me out at all. I love the packaging, as it is spill-proof and hygienic. I would buy this when my free one runs out
Burns so badly
wanted to love this so much, but it burns my skin for a minute or two after I apply it. My skin barrier is NOT compromised-so it's not that. Quite unfortunate as this was my Diamond free perk item.

Did drunk elephant change the formula in the last year? It used to smell slightly sweet from the oils and now smells like any other ceramide cream (for example, cerave). It also seems more drying than previously.
