These pencils are amazing, but I have found that the best way to use them is to pot them and apply with a brush. I found that after a while the product gets low and because they can only be sharpened so much, you tend to lose a lot of product. About a min in the microwave liquidfies it. After it cools it is just as creamy as it was in the tube and you have an entire 5mg jar full of product to use!
I like this pencil for the product. I have the color "Milk" and I love it as a highlight on my browbone and in the corners of my eyes. I am VERY fair and this pencil is so white I need to use a light hand.
It's also very creamy which can be good and bad - the good being that it glides onto your skin, the not so good being that it's so creamy I wouldn't recommend wearing these on the eyelid without a primer underneath if you have oily lids because it's so soft and creamy that it does crease.
Now the WORST thing: the packaging. I hate that there's plastic just under the actual product so that you can't sharpen the pencil! Some of these reviews are saying that there IS product in the shaft but why put it there unless you can get to it? NOT impressed with that at all.
So, product, good. Packaging, bad.
Amazing!! (kinda) from Las Vegas
I like this a lot it's creamy and easy to put on, downside is you can't sharpen it and there's a lot of product at the end and it's really hard to get out.

only tried the white eyeliner to use for my waterline. after many swipes, i didn't see any pigment. i had to return it ):

I purchased the matte white shade, Milk. I tried it on my eyes and it smeared off immediately. I swatched it on my hand and left it for an hour, but it still didn't set. It still smeared off easily. I'm not sure why people like this pencil.

I love using this product as an eyeshadow base! I have been using these for over ten years and they've never done me wrong. It's very creamy and makes any powder eyeshadow you put on top of it very vibrant. Using it alone for more of a low-key eye look is also beautiful. When used as a stand-alone eyeliner it can crease, so I generally put a similar-colored shadow on top of it.

i just place it under my lower lash line and i'm obsessed !

I love eye pencils and I love to try all of them so I decided to give this one a try. There is no pigment and a transfers everywhere!

Bring back the ulta brand version of this! It was so much better!!

The colors are beautiful but have no staying power. I wore it to work and by the end of shift it was everywhere except on my lids. Would not recommend.

Use the cobalt blue as an under eye liner.

I bought this eyeliner in the shade Milk to do a graphic liner look. The tip was too blunt to make precise lines, so I used a brush. It's not the most pigmented when used that way, but it works well as an eyeshadow base or in the waterline.

Not super pigmented btw you can sharpen it to make it last longer

These are best as eyeshadow bases, not on their own. On their own, they smudge very easily and some colors are a bit streaky. However, that doesn't bother me because I always put other eyeshadows on top. With "Cobalt" as the base, my blue eyeshadows are extra intense. You also need a sharpener, these are not twist-up.

This product applies smoothly and looks great.

I've only used the Milk shade as a base for my lid color but it is the absolute best product I've used. If you have oily skin you'll have to set this or it will go everywhere (imho) but once set it will last all day.
It is very creamy and a little goes a long way so I dot it across my lids and blend it smooth and set it with shadow.

I'm kinda surprised that people thought that the tip was all you get. I guess it does kinda resemble a twist up but yeah, ya gotta sharpen it. When you realize it doesn't twist up that's the next thing I would have tried. You need a big sharpener. Anyway.
This is a slippery formula. The black is not a matte black, it does slip around a lot. It didn't stay on my eyes or work well as a liner in terms of staying put. The white I use more under a color to make a color pop, but does not last and is far too creamy to last on the lids. I also got the light green one and that one was nice, I did apply it over a different base though. So maybe apply an eye primer first, then this shadow over it and it will be good to go. On its own though? No way.

I like the new colors they have. you can sharpen this product. idk why people would think that all you get is the tip lmao. this is a product you have to set though cause if not, it will get everywhere. I got them but 2 get 1 free so it was worth it for me I guess.

Worst product ever. I wanted to like it so much but just couldn't. Smears everywhere, doesn't stay on. Just save ur money and don't purchase.

Use to widen and enhance my eyes. I have found since I am now older this give me the pop I need when doing my eye makeup especially since we are wearing masks and no other part of the face is seen most of the time.
SH from TX
Easy to use but it doesn't stay at all…. Waste of money

i have no idea why the heck this product has a lot of good reviews for the waterline. The only good thing I find about it is that the color is super vibrant, but it smudges when I apply it to my bottom waterline to my top waterline. And when I first apply it, THE PRODUCT GETS IN MY EYE. I can see white little specks on my eyeball. Definitely a bad sign. Also hated how big the tip is, I thought I wouldnt mind but the product gets on my lower lashes which is a hassle to remove AND it looks super chalky!! It stays on my waterline a decent amount of time but the color is all chalky from smudging everywhere
CHofNJ from NJ
This is not a stick of make up the make up you actually see is the only make up you get. It doesn't twist up or sharpen down. I've gotten more in the form of a free sample. Too bad, I really like the colors they offer
Kate from Charlotte,NC
I am so in love with this eyeliner! I work retail and sometimes it gets so hot, but this eyeliner stays in place no matter how hot it gets! I bought it in Rust and its lovely.

I bought three NYX products in my last purchase. The first two were amazing; I was so impressed. I found this eyeliner very disappointing. It glides on easily, yet it s difficult to apply with any accuracy. The color is full, and minutes after application, it is gone.

Ordered online and wonder if it's old product.
