How do I sharpen my JUMBO eye pencil

- Official Answer By NYX Professional Makeup - BEHello there. Despite the plastic-coated appearance of the Jumbo Eye Pencil, it can be sharpened with a cosmetic sharpener. For best results, turn the pencil gently in the sharpener 3 or 4 times, being careful not to apply excess pressure. After sharpening, remove all shavings from the blade edge. Poor Experience
I wish I could recommend this product but its absolutely the worst eyeshadow stick I've ever used. It transferred and melted off my face, I even tried to use a primer and an eyeshadow powder to set it but this did not help. Very disappointed and I will be returning this product.
Beautiful color but awful product
The plastic encasement is awful. The pencil breaks at any attempt to sharpen- leading to a lot of waste as well as the product ruining a makeup sharpener because f how sticky it is. Crumbled as I was using on my eye- I was being gentle! Do not recommend!
