Starting at the inner corner of your eye, apply a thin line in short strokes, working your way towards the outer corner. Sweep the tip up and out from the outer corner to create a quick winged liner.

Sticky, Smeary, and Transfers
I was really hoping this eyeliner would be a new staple based on the reviews, and especially because this eyeliner goes on super well with an amazing brush tip, I thought it would be great. Throughout the day though it transfers to my lid and smears all over it to the point it looks like I attempted...

It's OK
It's really smooth and works really good. I just don't like the formula or when you go to wipe it off that it breaks kinda like pain. Other than that, it's really black and it stays on and I really like that almost waterproof even I'd probably use this if my first choice isn't available.

okay so I never write reviews but this is good! I havent worn eyeliner in so long, but decided to get this one because it was on the cheaper side. I didn't expect it to be great. However, I was just washing my hair in the sink (didn't want to take a full shower iykyk) and even getting water all over my face from my hair, y eyeliner stayed PUT.
Will buy again!
Does everything it says! The tip is slim and flexible but not too flexible, allowing you to make precise lines with easy. Works great on severely hooded eyes like mine to make wings. I recommend this to anyone looking for a good but inexpensive liner!
I want to love this but…
For the price, it is a fantatsic product that goes on smooth and it's easy to make a great winged eyeliner. Pigment is spot on. After wearing this liner for about 8 hours, my wings were smudged :( It's not for the oily lid folks, unfortunately.
I can't believe how great this is
For a very inexpensive liner, this easily works as well as the higher ticket brands. Seriously does not come off until you remove it. Not even a smudge throughout the day. I love that the tip is fine enough and not too bendy OR rigid. True black color that doesn't run easily, even with my watery winter eyes
