Starting at the inner corner of your eye, apply a thin line in short strokes, working your way towards the outer corner. Sweep the tip up and out from the outer corner to create a quick winged liner.

the BEST eyeliner
i got this as a birthday present and omg i am OBSESSED. seriously you need this if you like eyeliner. it doesn't even compare to high end liners, it's so easy to use i got my wing on the first try which i have never done before. i absolutely love it.

Typical eyeliner
This eyeliner was fine. I wasn't super impressed. The formula is a bit wet and takes a while to dry so it was a bit of a mess. It flakes once it's dry. And if you go over it, it picks up the product underneath leaving little spots in the line. The brush tip was pretty easy to use which was nice. It ...

Not so good
Unfortunately this liquid liner seemed to have dried out after 2 uses. Maybe I got a faulty one. Before that it was ok. Not particularly smooth like Stila or MAC. It came out sort of disconnected. When I went to press to bridge the disconnected segments, the liner would then come off from some of the places I already put it. But I worked with it. The color was bold and didn't smudge on my face. I was on the hunt for something cheaper since the more expensive ones dry out quicker than I would like. That hunt continues....

Jetsetter liquid eyeliner is clean & precise. Stays put, does not run or smudge and is easily removed. Also reasonably priced. Thank you for a great product.
It's OK
It's really smooth and works really good. I just don't like the formula or when you go to wipe it off that it breaks kinda like pain. Other than that, it's really black and it stays on and I really like that almost waterproof even I'd probably use this if my first choice isn't available.

okay so I never write reviews but this is good! I havent worn eyeliner in so long, but decided to get this one because it was on the cheaper side. I didn't expect it to be great. However, I was just washing my hair in the sink (didn't want to take a full shower iykyk) and even getting water all over my face from my hair, y eyeliner stayed PUT.
Will buy again!
Does everything it says! The tip is slim and flexible but not too flexible, allowing you to make precise lines with easy. Works great on severely hooded eyes like mine to make wings. I recommend this to anyone looking for a good but inexpensive liner!
