Apply tip of pencil directly to upper or lower lash line. Use smudger to diffuse line. To sharpen remove smudger and gently twist sharpener on eyeliner tip.

How do you remove rhis eyeliner? I cant gwt it off!

Simply soak a cotton pad, hold it gently over your closed eyelid for several seconds, then wipe away without rubbing. Petroleum jelly is another gentle option—apply, wait a few minutes, and wipe off. My favorite eyeliner for the waterline!
I've tried a million black eyeliners for my waterline and they either weren't pigmented enough or didn't last all day. I picked this one up after hearing literally one person talk about it and I LOVE it! The first time I wore it I unexpectedly sobbed (like squeezing my eyes shut sobbing) at some point lol and the eyeliner barely budged. Obviously it didn't stay 100% but it held up better than my $25 UD one in my opinion. The color is rich and creamy which is a must for me in a waterline eyeliner. I would highly reccomend!
Not long lasting don't waste your money lasts 10 minutes

This eyeliner is NOT long lasting- bought it because reviews say it lasts 16 hrs. Lasted about 4 hrs.
My favorite staple
I love this eyeliner! It's my #1 no matter how many others I try out. I have brown eyes with some green rings in my iris and this makes my eyes look so gorgeous and warm. I use it to line my waterline and tightline my top lashline and it looks incredible. I wish they would bring back the other colors!!
Great for waterline
I had trouble finding an eyeliner that stayed put and didnt smudge onto my bottom waterline. This one did not disappoint! It doesn't run and stays put. I put this on at 2pm and got home around 2am, and it stayed exaclty where I applied it. I used an eye make up remover and it came off without trouble. I personally like this eyeliner and am impressed with it. I did notice you cant "sharpen" the end once its dulled out but its not thick so I dont see it being a problem when the tip is gone.
