Remove the liner by gently stretching the tape to tear along the perforation at the tab split. Apply the tape to lips starting from one side and gently pressing across. Lips must be clean, dry, hair-free and closed. Breathe through your nose normally. Use the mouth-breathing vent as needed.

I've been wanting to try mouth tape for awhile and was looking at the premium brands but I was glad to see this pop up in my holiday browsing. I went from 4AM wakeups to 6AM annnnddd I felt so refreshed and not drained, sluggish & heavy. So affordable, 60 tapes and a travel case for under $20…I'm sold!! Give me 50 of'em!!
They really work
I was sceptical to use these, thinking it would make me feel like I had been kidnapped and had my mouth taped shut. I doesn't! You can feel the patch, but it's soft and shaped like my lips and that little hole in the middle really helps to make it comfortable. No more dry mouth or sinus issue snoring!
