Does this product replace my moisturizer? How about my primer? JUST turned 40, so no deep lines or wrinkles, but I definitely benefit from a smooth canvas before applying makeup, so a primer has always been a must. I'm just a bit naive about it all! My routine is relatively simple: cleanser, moisturizer, primer, and then my own mixture of foundation/glow drops/moisturizer. While I own every possible serum, masque, etc, the reality is that things need to be simplified if I'm going to use them. Plus, I hate heavy foundation, hence my foundation mixture! On days I'm catching a train at 7am, in the city all day, and not getting home until 10pm, I incorporate fixing and/or setting spray — especially if the weather is going to mess with my makeup. So please tell me how this product (that I'm excited to try!) should work into my routine? Thanks!

Hi, I just bought this..Do I use my vitamin c serum first, then this, then my moisturizer during the day? At night do I apply this after cleansing and then my night time moisturizer? I love the packaging of this serum and whole set. The white bottles are so incredibly chic and look like art on my bathroom counter. I would gift this set because they are so beautiful. This is great.
it can be used as a light moisturizer if you're oily. if you're normal to combo use it under the mac balm. HOWEVER, it did pill on me. I found a work around. when you apply it make sure your face is moist. I spritz water, hypochlorus acid spray or even fix + for a boost of moisture. then put this on. and don't use a ton....less is more. it does have salicylic acid in it..so it does keep oil and pimples at bay....if you happen to breakout...it could be you are congested...and didn't know it. (alot of people don't take proper care of their skin and don't realize it) . I then put on the moisturizer balm. it works great under makeup.

This stuff is AMAZING and feels great on the skin! I have very sensitive skin, but it doesn't break me out at all..I use the cream cleanser as step one, then I spray my face with Fix Plus Magic Radiance, then I apply this serum (I never tried the under eye serum) Honestly, I use this face serum all over my face and also under eye, then I apply the balm afterwards..This routine has become a game changer for me..My skin has never looked better! I was hoping not to love this routine because of the cost of using so many products, but I must say, it's worth every penny and a little goes a long way with all of these skincare products, so it's definitely worth it..The craziest thing I've experienced with this product (and I swear, this isn't sponsored at all..lol) I had a very small line by my mouth that was driving me crazy..I even tried filler to get rid of it and it still showed..After my Mac skincare routine, the line is completely gone! I was truly amazed..I am not sure if it's the cleanser, the fix plus, the serum or the balm that got rid of it, but I couldn't be happier about that! If you are on the fence about purchasing Mac's skincare, just do it! I promise you'll thank me later! Thank you so much Mac!
