I tried coconut pineapple, and its amazing! I love the fat thag is low sugar, butit doesnt have that horrible artificial taste at all. I combined it, with freeze dried strawberries and some honey because I do have a sweet tooth. It is really refreshing, perfect for the hot summers approaching! :)

I've always known that hydration is the foundation for good skin, but drinking plain water isn't always enough (and can feel kind of boring tbh). I started using the Rookie Wellness Hydration in the Coconut Pineapple flavor, and I have been loving it. Not only does it taste like a tropical vacation, but I have noticed after a week of drinking this daily my skin feels more hydrated. I love that there are no artificial sugars, so I don't get a mid-day sugar crash. It also doesn't taste overly sweet and doesn't have that chalky after taste that some electrolyte drinks I've tried have. I mix it into my water bottle when I go to class or the gym and sip it throughout the day. I recommend this for anyone who is on the go and finds it challenging to get your daily water intake. I simply love this product! It tastes so good, keeps me hydrated in a healthy way, and tastes super good! I really needed this product because I (unfortunately) don't drink water very often, and after adding a flavor to it, I feel like it gets so much easier to drink more during the day. This box provides two weeks of hydration, which is AMAZING! The coconut pineapple combination is so good, and I can't wait to try the other flavors too! I truly recommend it for a boost of hydration, electrolytes and muscle recovery!

This is my first time trying a Rookie Wellness product and I think I found my new hydration staple! First off, the packaging is great and the packets are super easy to open. I love that you can just rip them without needing scissors, and you don't have to worry about tearing them too hard and having powder fly everywhere. I personally struggle with drinking as much water as I should, so having a hydration mix like this is really helpful for getting in those extra electrolytes and minerals my body needs, especially with the warmer weather coming up. I'm already planning to keep a few packets in my gym bag to mix into my water after workouts to help with muscle soreness and that post-workout fatigue. I also love that it doesn't have artificial sugars or flavors, which is really important to me. The coconut flavor is super refreshing, and paired with pineapple, it feels like a little tropical treat. It also doesn't have that overly salty electrolyte taste that a lot of other powders have, which makes it much easier to drink. The box recommends mixing it with 10–12 oz of water, but I found you can easily use a full packet in a standard 16.9 oz water bottle and it still tastes great. Overall, this is definitely one I'll keep on hand! I received this as a part of an educational promotion in exchange for my honest review.

Taste amazing! I only use 1/3 of the packet in 16oz of water bc the entire packet is too sweet. Love the flavor!!!
