Rinse before first use. Hold the bottle with both hands and set a positive intention. Fill with pure water and allow the crystals to energise for 5 to 10 minutes. Drink mindfully. For tea add loose leaf tea to the stainless steel infuser then add hot water with care. Hand wash recommended and remove crystals before cleaning.
A grade Green Aventurine, Rose Quartz, Amethyst, Yellow Jade and Clear Quartz crystals.

I love it so!
I'm really loving my White Lotus 5 Sacred Stones Crystal Healing Water Bottle. I've totally incorporated into my daily routine. It's a beautiful double-wall glass bottle with a solid stainless steel tea infuser on top and a separate chamber on the bottom for the crystals. It comes with 5 stones - Clear Quartz, Amethyst, Rose Quartz, Yellow Jade, and Green Aventurine - I choose one stone for that I feel I need for the day and place it in the bottom. I set my intention for the day and then add the water. It's become a nice mindful part of my day and it looks gorgeous on my desk!
