Wrecked my stomach
I was so excited to try this. Unfortunately, for the week that I took it, it gave me terrible stomach ache/cramps, bloating, and nausea. After I stopped taking it, it's taking a week for me to start feeling back to normal. I'm bummed - I really wanted this to work.

Tried this for 3 months
And it has done wonders for my sugar addiction. I used to always crave sugary snacks all the time. Taking even just 1 capsule daily of this for 3 months has completely changed my desire for sweets. I still enjoy it when I eat it, but it no longer has me in a chokehold. I don't actively seek it out any more. It hasn't completely eliminated my snacking habit, but it has lessened quite a bit. I still enjoy a bag of chips but I eat a lot less in one sitting than I used to, because I get bloated and full easily. I tried to do 2 capsules a day, but I was getting fishy body odor and I read that was one of the side effects of Carnitine and went down to 1. Also these capsules smell and taste horrible, but the energy boost and lack of sugar cravings make it worth it. I have subclinical hypothyroidism (every blood test I'm on the borderline or at the exact levels for diagnosis. However since I keep re-testing and end up borderline I have never convinced a doctor to prescribe low dose thyroid hormone to actually treat it)
No more snacking in between meals
