Unwrap the pad and place adhesive side down firmly onto your underwear. Remove the paper from the wings and wrap them around your underwear to secure. Change every 4 to 6 hours, or more often as needed. Do not flush.

The pads work as intended but the wings still tear off making it hard to use and dispose of. Most of the time they tear off when I'm taking it off and throwing it away, but sometimes it will happen when I'm taking the paper off to use the pad. Even gently pulling will tear the wings off.
