The Ordinary recommends performing a patch test prior to incorporating a new product into your skin care routine.
Apply a small amount to face in the PM as part of your skincare regimen, after water serums but before heavier treatments. Do not use with other retinoid treatments. Use sun protection in the AM.
Contraindications:Do not use in the same routine as other retinoids, direct acids, pure or ethylated vitamin C, or "Buffet" + Copper Peptides 1%.

So I just found out here that this needs to be refrigerated. Also just noticed on the label that it's only good for 3 months after opening! I have used almost every brand of retinol that you can find at Ulta and this one is hands down the best! It leaves such a nice finish too.

I've used this sparingly but the following mornings after I use it my skin looks glowy.
