This is my only review I have ever written for a product...
I have always had issues with my hair being on the finer end and I have balayage bleaching in my hair so I understand it is not the most healthy, BUT in 2024 I started using olaplex shampoo and conditioner for a year (until 2025) and it suddenly became so thick and healthy for the first time in my whole life! Then I switched to this shampoo and conditioner around June 2025 and my hair has become very thin, dry, and fine again. I suddenly realized about 2 months ago (December 2025) that this might be the problem and switched back to olaplex and IMMEDIATELY my hair feels so much better. I really wasn't thinking this could be the issue because it's quite expensive and has very good reviews but this product had a very bad impact on my hair over the last 6 months. I would definitely not recommend it, especially if you like olaplex and are used to those products.
HAIR LOSS…
This shampoo caused major hairloss/breakage 😭😭. I thought I was the only one but turns out im not…. I stopped using it because im starting to get bald spots. Wish I could return, it was quite expensive!!
Not worth the money…very disappointing
I loved this the first few times I used it but then realized it was causing a lot more hair fall in the shower and my hair became so dry that it was breaking off, and becoming unmanageable. I noticed a little bit of volume when i dried my hair with the curling attachment for my shark dryer but otherwise my hair was still flat.
Leaves residue in hair

My new favorite
I have been looking for a new shampoo and have not found one that didn't build up in my hair or weigh it down. I used this and my hair feels as nice as when I have it done by my hairstylist. I have fine hair but a lot of it which has made it difficult to find a shampoo I love.
