I have curly hair. They are naturally frizzy. Yet, I like sometimes wear them in pony tail and want to have a clean look with minimal frizz. However, the spray did nothing to tame the frizz. This has been the only thing that has helped my hair in 88% humidity! I have tried all the popular gels that are for anti humidity, and they are ok, but adding this helps significantly!

Love that it is lightweight and doesn't weigh my hair down. I also love that it isn't a strong hold that makes my hair sticky. It is a clean feeling hairspray and helps my curls stay even after sleepin on them
