Holy grail for FINE curls

Holy grail for my fine 2C/3A hair. There are lots of shampoo options (including options from AC Care) for curly hair that needs lots of moisture but its hard to find a shampoo that makes fine curls feel clean, light, and hydrated all at once.

Purchased both the Curl Fresh shampoo and conditioner because I read it is good for wavy, curly, and coily hair. (For reference I have thick, medium coarse, wavy hair that depending on the products, will result in more defined waves and curls). Shampoo – It took a while for me to work the product in on my scalp. I had to keep adding water. Conditioner – Applied to the mid and ends of my hair. Didn't really notice any slip. Afterwards, my hair felt soft but my roots did not feel clean. Now it feels like I have a slight film on my hair and my scalp is tad itchy.
I have been a fan of AG for years!!

I was using Aveda products before, but wanted to switch to a Canadian brand. I wasn't sure about the scent when I smelled it directly from the bottle, but I'm happy to report this shampoo leaves my hair smelling fresh and feeling soft! Bonus point for the refillable aluminum bottle!
My hair has never been so dry!
Idk what the rave reviews are talking about; this is garbage. I have VERY long (buttcrack length) fine, wavy hair, and have never had an issue woth softness-but using this shampoo, conditioner, and mask, for over a month, with regular oil treatments, my hair was still so dry, it was nearly unmanageable and I legitimately considered cutting it all off. How dare. Next!
