Firstly, nozzle is very hard to push down and apply specially for an older woman like me with arthritic hands. After applying, hard is stiff and sticky and is in knots. The oroduct does what it claims, it gives fine hair texture to help give volume. If you use too much it can look greasy. Not a fault of the product.
