The toothpaste itself is great, I've used it for years. The problem is Ulta and their customer service. This page says the tube you are ordering is 3.4 oz. You will get a 1.4 oz tube instead. Instead of getting what I ordered, and without asking, they just issued a refund and want me to return it. After waiting for a week for a resolution, I just began using the product because I was out. Customer service stinks just as bad as their stores do (literally). I am never getting anything here again. I have plenty of other options that I don't have to mess with this.
