It's difficult to find a probiotic gummie that includes fiber, so when I came across Lemme NO. 2 I was eager to give them a try. The gummies taste great and it's nice that you only take two a day, but for me, they created tons of gas in my colon. I regularly take probiotics, so I know my body didn't...

No effect
I don't love the taste or texture, but I also don't mind it. That said, & more importantly, I also do not think they "work". I have taken fiber gummies for a long time & always seen an improvement from a GI perspective. I switched to this brand to reach platinum. I felt like the two brands (FiberWell & Hum) i used prior worked better. I hope Ulta starts carrying HUM celery fiber gummies soon since they do carry other products from that brand.

My microbiome was totally messed up after a year of antibiotics for UTIs brought on by menapause. I've tried dietary approaches and various pre and probiotics: powders, pills and potions.
